Our Services
All our services are booked through our custom member app, this way we can limit capacity and ensure you have the absolute best workout every time.
Open gym
What it sounds like, these sessions are 60 minutes long, this is where you can come train by yourself, you will have access to our main gym area and numbers are limited to make sure you know you will never walk into a crowded gym.
Group classes
Each day of the week we run different classes, all classes are 45 minutes long, have a maximum capacity of 16 people and are focused around either Cardiovascular work (sweaty) or recovery stretch sessions (Yoga)
Small Group Personal Training (SGPT)
With a maximum of 10 people in each session, these sessions are run by our personal trainers and mimic a personal training session from start to finish. These sessions are strength based, follow weekly progressions and get amazing results. If you have ever considered personal training but enjoy a small group format then these sessions are perfect for you.
Private training
Also known as personal training, this is the ultimate in custom training as its just you and your trainer. All sessions are goal driven and you will have access to your trainer for support thought your journey.
