The Team
Adam Wilson Founding Director
Anatomy 37, has been my vision for the 16 years I have been a personal trainer. I always wanted a space that reflected an all-inclusive environment with a focus on community.
I spent my time working with individual clients, small groups and being a Master Trainer for personal trainers across Europe. As well as teaching others, I believe in always being a student, so I continue to learn new ways of training myself and others.
I get great pleasure in watching my clients and members achieve personal goals no matter how big or small.

I was named one of the Top 6 personal trainers in the UK in 2017 and an Employee of the Year finalist in the 2018 Times Business Awards.
I am completely dedicated to my continued education, professional development and role as a coach.
Using my Masters in Obesity & Weight Management, my aim is to education my clients to find a sustainable & manageable approach to their own nutritional goals.
My own training is very diverse as I like to constantly take on new challenges such as the 24-hour rope climb and various obstacle course races.

Ben Alexander

I’ve always had a massive passion for health and fitness. Since a young age I have been heavily involved in both football & kickboxing.
This drove me to pursue a career as a personal trainer, whereby I spent 5 years in Australia learning from some of the most successful and well respected coaches both Melbourne and Sydney have to offer.
My philosophy as a coach is to have the most positive impact on my clients lives; pushing them to becoming the best possible version of themselves.
I believe that everyone deserves the right to good health and together we will enhance your well-being and transform your quality of life!

James Hodge Personal Trainer
I have always had a keen passion for sport and wellbeing. Growing up I focused on playing football and tennis but then developed an interest in running, which inspired me to complete the Edinburgh Marathon in 2015.
During my marathon training my passion for health and fitness grew and I enjoyed learning about all the various types of training.
I decided to continue my learning and develop my knowledge into a career as a personal trainer.
I really enjoy working closely with people and I get a real buzz seeing my clients progress towards their goals.

With a passion for all things health and fitness I’ve been fortunate enough to transfer this into my coaching. Having played professional basketball overseas and now chasing a new goal in Triathlon I understand goal setting and consistency through training and hard work.
